    Poland was in the midst of WW2 I doubt it if much irrigation was possible at all, but here are some links to European irrigation in those times

    first of all you will have to install a back-flow preventer ( this keeps anything from getting back into your drinking water like lawn spray) go to the basement find your main water line locate where you want to put the back-flow find a line close then you should be able to tap off that line and go through the wall all underground. You will have to blow out these lines during winter so make sure to have a drain near by
