    it's really good! only two editing things i would change:
    1. in your first paragraph, get rid of "of time" in the last sentence
    2. in your last paragraph, change the spelling of "Ibelievee" to "I believe"

    it's very easy & journaling food only adds a few extra minutes as well. not difficult and no foods 'denied' or removed from diet
