I’m Ready For Some Nice Sunshine And A Vacation

There are times when I just would love to lay out on a warm beach or sit in the shade by a pool, reading a good book. In this economy, most of us are being a lot more careful about how we spend our money. It seems likely that we’ll need to put off the expensive trips for the time being. There are a few places with hot weather, hotels with pools, the beach and a few opportunities for saving a little money.

California is one place to consider, and if you’re looking for warmer weather you should think SoCal. You will find mile after mile of beautiful beaches, and places to stay not far from the water. The SoCal Vacation Guru website is one place where you can learn about San Diego attractions and beaches and find links to great resources related to the area. I think you’ll find many tips and good advice that you won’t find anywhere else on the internet.

With some time spent in research you’ll be able to locate travel deals to save money at quite a number of vacation destinations and Orange County beaches. Cancun,  Mexico is another candidate if you’re looking for even warmer weather.

If you can find some Cancun hotel deals, you’ll find that resort city to offer beautiful water, blue sky and many nice resorts. The city includes a long peninsula with dozens of beachfront hotels. One thing that is not lacking in Cancun is warm weather.

If you do wish to visit Central America, Cancun is just one of many great resort areas. Other examples include Cozumel and Jamaica. Spend some time up front doing research so you learn about the culture and background of the place, and also to make sure you know enough to make smart and safe decisions during your trip. I’m not sure how we made it before Google came along, but now it is possible to obtain an amazing amount of research information before you embark on your warm-weather vacation.

Flowers in the Caribbean

I am deeply amazed by the vast variety of Caribbean’s flora. I’ve recently visited Akumal, a small town in the state of Quintana Roo, Mexico a 70 minute drive from Cancun and I was amazed by the numerous colors and variety of its landscape.

Everywhere I looked I saw different colors, shapes, sizes, types and species of tropical flora and fauna . Its well known that in the ecuator there are no seasons, still I was amazed to experience its enticing fenomenon, literally the whole year round the flowers bloomed and the colors arise.

People often come to Riviera Maya for the holidays, depending where you stay the flora you get. If you stay at Cancun you’ll be surrounded by palm trees, if you go to Puerto you’ll be surrounded by Bugambilia, if you stay at Akumal you’ll have jazmin all over but if you stay at Tulum you’ll mostly have wild purple and yellow flowers. Quintana Roo is well known by its honey, its different types of flowers convey in order to let bees be more creative and make a wide variety of honey.

I would recommend to stay at Akumal in a villa called Casa Maravilla, its location is very convenient since it offers the best of Riviera Maya, the powdery sandy beach and lush tropical gardens, plus it’s a perfect bird spotting location. This villa is very close to both Akumal and Puerto, it has the perfect beach spot and you can practice many aquatic activities with no need for moving around.
