    The PS2 pretty much only has 2 player games. Sure there's the odd game to use that splitter, or system link but for the most part your stuck with 2 player games.

    Get the home edition. I'm fairy sure Windows 7 Starter edition is a basic version made to run on low end hardware in third world countries and the likes.
