    South Beach, like so many others, is a crock. It's a variation of Atkins'. The prohibited drinks are alcohol, anything with caffeine, fruit or sugar of either type. Pretty much everything, in other words. What's left to drink? I can't think of anything… apart from water.

    Any diet that bans pure fruitjuice is necessarily bullhonkey :)
