    You can send it the same way as you send for Russia.
    1st line, the person's Last Name, First Name then followed by Patronymic name is she has one.
    2nd line is the country (Kazakhstan). In Cyrillic if possible.
    3rd line, the region, city and zipcode,, also in Cyrillic.
    4th the street name and house number.
