Guarana Capsules Can Increase your Energy Levels Naturally
January 24, 2009 by Stacy42
In today’s fast-paced and often pressured society, many of us sometimes find it difficult to keep up with the ever increasing demands of day to day life. We are always looking for products that can assist with these demands, by increasing stamina and physical endurance, fighting fatigue and helping us to be mentally alert.
Caffeine is the most commonly used natural stimulant easily available to us and is commonly drunk in coffee. For some time now, more and more people have been increasingly turning to the increasing range of other energy lifting products freely available, including energy drinks, teas and other herbal remedies to give them the lift they need to improve performance and get through each.
Large numbers of these products often include guaranine, a natural substance found in the berries of the Guarana plant. The Guarana Plant is native to Brazil and Venezuela where Guarana Capsules are commonly used and grows in the Amazon rain forest.
The Guarana berry is an extremely rich source of caffeine, containing around three times the amount of caffeine as coffee. It is also claimed to harness a wide array of other health benefits; it is often used to discourage blood clots, alleviate diorreah and treat headaches. As a high energy source, it is also thought to promote the digestion and reduce hunger, and is therefore frequently used in weight loss products.

I also have this problem, and I have found it can be caused by any number of reasons. Since it is not getting any better after 8 mos, I would suggest talking to your doctor as soon as possible. It may be something as simple as an iron deficiency that can be remedied with meds or vitamins.
Best wishes..
Four years pre-med, four years med school, one year internship, two years residency for both. Actually family and general practitioners are handling less. Things they used to do routinely now are being referred to specialists. The reason is insurance will pay for some procedures done by a specialist but not by a GP. For example, a GP will not be reimbursed for removing a wart but a dermatologist will. So, even family practice is becoming more narrowly specialized.

A protein called fibrinogen that is known to help form blood clots also triggers scar formation in the brain and spinal cord, according to new research. Researchers found that fibrinogen carries a dormant factor that activates when it enters the brain after an injury, prompting brain cells to form a scar. Scars in the brain or spinal cord can block connections between nerve cells and often keep injury patients from reaching full recovery.

There was another discussion about my article on Facebook in which someone suggested that I consider using herbs. The author of that response said that she was certified in herbal remedies. The following is my response to the suggestion of herbal remedies:
Grinchman responded:
Daily doses of extremely powerful opiate based painkillers do not eliminate the pain. They simply allow me to function at a slightly higher level than I would otherwise. The pain is literally crippling and incapacitating without the narcotics.I hope you would agree that the strongest and most effective herbal remedy could not be expected to control that level of pain. I certainly realize that you mean well and have my best interests in mind, and I appreciate not only your concern, but your feedback as well . My intent was for the article to focus on the larger issue of inadequate pain management, not on me. Thanks.
