    If it is one customer, then ignore it. If it is several, then you might want to take a look at the item you are selling. A product should do what it is supposed to do regardless of price. If I bought a shovel from you for a dollar and it wouldn't dig a hole because it was too flimsy, then it still wasn't "good enough for the price." If you sell me a cell phone that has a very poor reception, then it does not matter what the price was, it is crap.
