He says plateaus last up to about 3 weeks usually because of losing too much water. If you lose too much water, you are lightheaded tired, have headaches and might be constipated. To prevent plateaus and the side affects my dad suggests you take 2 cups of broth or bouillon a day, which provides a little bit of salt. (2grams a day).
Another factor is when you lift wieghts or do a new form of excerise, you tend to get sore muscles. A sore muscle is a swollen muscle which causes you to appear to wain wieght. If you take motrin or Aleve, it causes you to gain more wieght. If you&#039;re sore, its best to take Tylenol (acetaminophene).
There is no need to cut down on Diet coke of Fat.
Now I&#039;m seriously not trying to advertise here, I&#039;m just trying to help you out. But i suggest reading the new atkins book. Which explains everything clearly. :)
